At Golden Garuda holidays,

We understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to provide our customers with a flexible and fair cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and accommodating while considering the various aspects of travel arrangements. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your trip with us:

Booking Deposit

Golden Garuda holidays may require an initial booking deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Full Payment

Full payment for your travel package must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make the full payment within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Charges
Notice Given for Cancellation:
  • Cancellation received after booking: The cancellation charge shall be a percentage of the total travel package cost, as communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation received 30-15 days before departure: The cancellation charge shall be 70% of the total travel package cost.
  • Cancellation received 15-07 days before departure: The cancellation charge shall be 90% of the total travel package cost.
  • Cancellation received 07 days or less before departure: The cancellation charge shall be 100% of the total travel package cost.
Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your booking for any reason, including personal circumstances such as illness, accidents, or non-payment of the balance, Golden Garuda holidays is entitled to recover the applicable cancellation charges as per the above policy.

Refunds

Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed directly to the customer. The method of refund, whether through NEFT, RTGS, or a crossed cheque, will be determined at the discretion of Golden Garuda holidays. Please note that it may take a minimum of 15 days to process refunds. Golden Garuda holidays will not provide refunds for any unutilized services, such as meals, optional tours, hotels, entrance fees, transport, and sightseeing, among others.

Scope of Activity

Golden Garuda holidays acts as a travel organizer and does not control or operate airlines, shipping companies, coaches, hotels, transportation services, or any other facilities or services mentioned in our travel packages. While we carefully select and inspect these services, Golden Garuda holidays shall not be responsible for any incidents or issues caused by the independent contractors who operate these services.

Note: Cancellation pertaining to any specific hotel or flight will be as per the cancellation policy of the service provider.
